The Keysight L2065XA is a LAN-connected RF power sensor engineered for precise measurement of any modulated signal from 10 MHz to 50 GHz (up to 53 GHz with option 053). It features wide dynamic range (-70 to +20 dBm for 10-50 GHz, -70 to 0 dBm for >50-53 GHz) and delivers 50,000 readings/sec for high-speed manufacturing throughput.
