The Keysight E5053A is a microwave downconverter designed to extend the frequency measurement capabilities of the Keysight E5052B signal source analyzer. By adding the E5053A, users can expand the maximum measurement frequency from 7 GHz to 26.5 GHz. Further extension to 110 GHz is possible when combined with Keysight 11970 series harmonic mixers, enabling comprehensive microwave and millimeter-wave characterization.
