The Keysight 8763B is a 4-port coaxial RF switch operating from DC to 18 GHz. It provides excellent electrical and mechanical performance with broadband operation, high isolation, low SWR, and exceptional repeatability. One port features a 50-ohm internal termination, making it suitable for broadband RF measurement and test applications.
