The Keysight 8474C is a high-performance planar-doped barrier diode detector utilizing a gallium arsenide detecting element. It features extremely flat frequency response across its operating band and excellent frequency response stability versus temperature. The detector is rugged with high resistance to ESD damage and is designed for precision measurements across the RF and microwave spectrum.
