The Keysight 339A is an ultra low distortion measurement system designed for precise total harmonic distortion (THD) analysis. This compact bench instrument combines a THD analyzer, true-RMS voltmeter, and built-in sinewave oscillator to deliver distortion measurements as low as 0.0018% across the 10 Hz to 110 kHz frequency band, with harmonic measurement capability extending to 330 kHz.
