Overview

The Amplifier Research 250W1000C is a solid-state, self-contained, air-cooled broadband RF amplifier designed for applications requiring instantaneous bandwidth, high gain, and linearity across the 80–1000 MHz frequency range. Available for benchtop use with cabinet or for rack mounting without cabinet. The amplifier delivers a minimum of 250 W of RF power and is protected by an RF input leveling circuit and over-temperature safeguards.
