Overview
The Keysight N6762A-CFG001 is a 100W precision DC power module designed for low-noise control and measurement in the milliampere and microampere regions. It supports simultaneous voltage and current digitization with oscilloscope-like data buffering, making it ideal for leakage current and sleep-mode current measurements.
This module integrates into the N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System for ATE applications and the N6705 DC Power Analyzer for bench testing. Optional 2UA configuration extends measurement capability to 1 µA. It features GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI compliance as standard.
