Overview
The Keithley 6220/2182A/E Delta Mode System combines a Model 6220 programmable current source with a Model 2182A nanovoltmeter to provide an industry-leading solution for differential conductance measurements. This integrated system is the fastest available, delivering 10x the speed and significantly lower noise than competing solutions. Data can be obtained in a single measurement pass, eliminating the time-consuming averaging of multiple sweeps that is prone to error.
