Overview

ReFlex Power is a high-density modular programmable power platform designed for automated test equipment (ATE) and production test environments. The system provides unified control of DC, AC, and electronic load assets, enabling flexible stimulus and bias power as well as programmable loads for devices under test. The 4U EIA mainframe accommodates up to 12 single-slot modules or combinations of wider modules, supporting total output power up to 6 kW.

Up to 8 mainframes with potentially 95 modules can be controlled via a single controller using a proprietary high-speed bus protocol and Ethernet LAN interface compliant with LAN Extension for Instrumentation (LXI) standard. Virtual assets can be created by combining module voltage and current configurations, reducing logistics complexity and total cost of ownership. The mainframe provides integrated power distribution, cabling, I/O connections, and rack mounting for modular assets.
