Overview

ReFlex Power is a modular, high-density programmable power system designed for ATE and production test environments. This 12-slot mainframe variant is RoHS-compliant and features a 90-degree angled AC input connector for improved cable routing in compact installations. The system combines DC power supplies, AC supplies, and electronic load modules under unified control, supporting configurations from benchtop systems to large-scale production test environments with up to 8 mainframes and 95 modules total.
