Overview

ReFlex Power is a modular, high-density programmable power system designed for ATE and production test environments. This 12-slot mainframe variant features a 90-degree angled AC input connector for improved cable routing in space-constrained installations. The system supports combinations of DC power supplies, AC supplies, and electronic load modules under unified control, scaling from benchtop to large-scale production test configurations with support for up to 8 mainframes and 95 modules total.
