Overview

ReFlex Power is a modular, high-density programmable power system designed for ATE and production test environments. The 12-slot mainframe provides the foundation for building reconfigurable test systems by combining DC power supplies, AC power supplies, and electronic load modules under unified control. With support for up to 6 kW per mainframe and the ability to link up to 8 mainframes (95 modules total), ReFlex Power scales from compact benchtop systems to large-scale production test stations.
