Overview

The Tektronix LPD64/6-BW-4000 is a low-profile digitizer with 4 GHz bandwidth and four analog input channels. Designed for R&D and manufacturing automation applications, it combines digitizer functionality with oscilloscope capabilities in a 2U form factor. The platform shares the same hardware and user interface as the 6 Series MSO benchtop oscilloscope, enabling development-to-manufacturing code transitions without reprogramming.
