Overview

The Pico Technology 9404-16 CDR is a sampler-extended real-time oscilloscope with 16 GHz bandwidth and four 50-ohm input channels. It combines real-time and equivalent-time sampling to accurately measure and visualize high-speed analog and digital signals, ideal for applications requiring pulse characterization down to 22 picoseconds or clock/data eye diagram analysis.
