Overview

The Pico Technology 9404-05 is a PC-based USB sampler-extended real-time oscilloscope (SXRTO) with 5 GHz bandwidth and 4 channels for simultaneous signal capture and analysis. With 12-bit ADC resolution and 500 MS/s real-time sampling, it is designed for RF, microwave, and gigabit digital system measurements, telecommunications, and semiconductor characterization.

The 9404-05 offers random sampling up to 2.5 TS/s with 0.4 ps trigger placement resolution. The four identical channels enable multi-channel signal comparison and synchronized measurements. The included PicoSample 4 software provides touch-compatible operation with advanced triggering options including optional 5 or 8 Gb/s clock recovery.
