Overview

The Pico Technology 9402-16 is a PC-based USB sampler-extended real-time oscilloscope (SXRTO) designed for high-speed signal analysis and measurement. With 16 GHz bandwidth, 2 channels, and 12-bit ADC resolution, it captures complex signals with high fidelity and is ideal for telecommunications, radar, RF, and microwave applications.

The 9402-16 features random sampling up to 2.5 TS/s for analyzing repetitive signals and clock-related streams, with 0.4 ps trigger placement resolution. The included PicoSample 4 software provides touch-compatible operation with resizable displays, four independent zoom channels, and advanced triggering options.
