Overview

The Pico Technology 9311-20 is a 20GHz PC-based sampling oscilloscope with 2 channels, designed for high-speed signal analysis and characterization. Part of the PicoScope 9300 series, it delivers industry-leading 16-bit vertical resolution, timing precision down to 64 fs, and sampling up to 1 MS/s. The instrument captures waveforms with low jitter and fine timing resolution, supporting measurements of transitions as low as 14 ps, with a dynamic range exceeding 60 dB and trace lengths up to 32 kS.
