Overview

The Tektronix TPS2024 is a portable, battery-powered digital oscilloscope with 200 MHz bandwidth and four fully isolated channels. Designed for field work and bench applications, it enables engineers and technicians to make floating and differential measurements safely with up to 30 VRMS on all channels simultaneously using standard probes, or up to 600 VRMS CAT II using optional high-voltage probes.
