The Tektronix SD-26 is a dual-channel sampling head with 20 GHz equivalent bandwidth designed for use with 11800 Series oscilloscopes and compatible systems. It provides the same acquisition capability as the SD-24 TDR/Sampling Head but without the TDR step generators, offering a cost-effective solution for high-bandwidth signal acquisition.
