The Tektronix RSA5115B is a real-time spectrum analyzer that combines the functionality of a spectrum analyzer, wideband vector signal analyzer, and real-time spectrum analyzer in a single instrument. The RSA5115B covers 1 Hz to 15 GHz and provides +17 dBm third-order intercept with -157 dBm/Hz DANL at 2 GHz, delivering dynamic range for challenging spectrum analysis measurements.
