The Tektronix MSO64B represents the four-channel option of the 6 Series MSO platform, combining exceptional signal fidelity with flexible analysis tools for embedded systems debugging. Available with bandwidth options from 1 GHz to 8 GHz, the MSO64B can be upgraded at any time to match evolving test requirements. The innovative FlexChannel inputs provide unmatched flexibility for measuring analog signals or eight digital channels per input.
