The Tektronix DPO5204 is a 2 GHz, 4-channel digital phosphor oscilloscope designed for high-speed signal acquisition and analysis. With real-time sample rates up to 10 GS/s on one or two channels and 5 GS/s on all four channels, it provides the bandwidth and sampling capability needed for advanced embedded systems design, power electronics testing, and high-frequency signal debugging.
