The Keysight DSOX92004A is a high-performance real-time oscilloscope from the Infiniium 90000 X-Series. Engineered for emerging high-speed serial bus technologies and wide-bandwidth RF signal analysis, it features true 33 GHz analog bandwidth with industry-leading measurement accuracy, the lowest noise floor, and the lowest jitter measurement floor available.
