The Keysight DSAX91604A is an Infiniium 90000 X-Series real-time oscilloscope featuring 16 GHz true analog bandwidth (upgradable to 33 GHz) and a sample rate of 80 GSa/s on 2 channels or 40 GSa/s on 4 channels. Engineered with Keysight's proprietary integrated circuit process, it delivers the industry's lowest noise floor and jitter measurement floor for accurate analysis of emerging high-speed serial bus technologies, RF signals, and transient physical phenomena.
