The Keysight 86100C Infiniium DCA-J is a comprehensive multi-function analyzer for high-speed electrical and optical signals, spanning 50 MHz to 80 GHz. It combines a full-function oscilloscope, digital communications analyzer, jitter and interference analyzer, and time-domain reflectometer in a single modular platform.
