The Keysight Infiniium 54852A is a high-performance 2.5 GHz bandwidth real-time oscilloscope with 10 GSa/s sample rate available on all 4 channels simultaneously. It features MegaZoom deep memory technology with up to 1 Mpts at 20 GSa/s and 32 Mpts at 2 GSa/s and slower sample rates, enabling comprehensive signal capture and analysis. The InfiniiMax probing system supports both differential and single-ended measurements.
