The Keysight Infiniium 54832D is a 4+16-channel mixed-signal oscilloscope that uniquely combines the detailed signal analysis of a digital oscilloscope with the multi-channel timing measurements and triggering of a logic analyzer. With 4 scope channels and 16 timing channels, it enables easy correlation between digital and analog events for efficient troubleshooting of complex mixed-signal designs.
