Keithley 2430 SourceMeter

Overview

The Keithley 2430 is a 100V/10A/1000W Pulse Mode SourceMeter that extends the DC sourcing and measurement capabilities of the 2425 with programmable pulse sourcing up to 10A and 1kW peak power. The pulse mode makes the 2430 ideal for breakdown voltage testing of high-power devices, including multi-layer varistors (MLVs) and semiconductor components.

Like all SourceMeter instruments, the 2430 is both a stable DC power source and a true 5½-digit multimeter, functioning as a voltage source, current source, voltage meter, current meter, and ohmmeter. It provides a compact, single-channel DC parametric tester for characterization and production testing of high-power semiconductor devices.
