The Tektronix TPA-N-VPI is a probe adapter that converts standard N-type RF connectors to the TekVPI interface. It enables active 50-ohm TekVPI probes to be used on RF input channels of MDO, MSO, and DPO series oscilloscopes, facilitating signal browsing and measurement on RF inputs.
