Overview
The Tektronix TCA-VPI50 probe adapter enables 50 Ω TekVPI probes to be used with oscilloscopes featuring TekConnect interfaces. This adapter extends the functionality of the TCA Series by maintaining full probe performance up to 4 GHz, supporting MSO/DPO70000 series oscilloscopes.
