The SDS-5000X-2BW05 is a bandwidth upgrade option for 2-channel Siglent SDS-5000X oscilloscope models. This upgrade increases the instrument's bandwidth from 350 MHz to 500 MHz, enabling measurement of faster signals and more detailed signal analysis. The upgrade is applied via software activation and does not require physical hardware modification.
