The Rohde & Schwarz ZISO-Z203 is a wide square pin (WSQPIN) probe tip for oscilloscopes designed for very high voltage measurements up to ±2.5 kV RMS. With 100x attenuation and larger creepage distances, this tip accommodates high voltage scenarios while maintaining isolation and safety with a CAT III 1000 V rating.
