The Rohde & Schwarz ZISO-Z101 is an MMCX probe tip for oscilloscopes designed for high-fidelity measurements with excellent common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) at high bandwidths. This tip is ideal for measurements with rise times below 700 ps, providing high sensitivity and low noise performance with a CAT III 1000 V safety rating.
