Overview

The RTO6-K13 is a hardware clock data recovery module for the Rohde & Schwarz RTO6 series oscilloscope. It enables real-time clock and data recovery from high-speed NRZ signals, supporting data rates up to 5.0 Gbps with selectable first and second order Phase-Locked Loop filtering.
