Overview

The Rohde & Schwarz RTO6-B1 mixed-signal option (MSO) extends RTO6 oscilloscopes with 16 additional digital channels without reducing analog channel capacity. This plug-and-play option installs on the rear panel and provides high-speed digital signal capture with 200 ps time resolution across the full 200 Msample memory depth per channel.
