Overview
The Keysight PS0023A is a probe tip designed for use with the PS000xA series of optically isolated differential probes. It enables safe, isolated measurements of differential signals up to ±100V, with optical isolation providing galvanic separation between the device under test and the oscilloscope to eliminate ground loops and reduce common-mode noise interference.
