Overview
The Keysight N9917A-235 Preamplifier is an optional amplifier module that increases the sensitivity of the FieldFox spectrum analyzer. By adding 20 dB of gain, the preamplifier reduces the displayed average noise level (DANL) to -155 dBm, enabling detection and measurement of low-level RF signals. The preamplifier is required when Option 233 (Spectrum Analyzer) is installed.
