The Keysight N7002A is a 16 GHz bandwidth-enhanced probe amplifier in the InfiniiMax III+ series, designed for general-purpose, high-speed differential bus probing. As a replacement for the N2800A 16 GHz InfiniiMax III probe, the N7002A features the latest InfiniiMode technology and measured S-parameters for improved measurement accuracy and expanded probing capabilities.
