Overview

The Keysight N7000A is an 8 GHz bandwidth-enhanced amplifier in the InfiniiMax III+ series, designed for general-purpose, high-speed differential bus probing. It features InfiniiMode technology, which greatly expands the measurement capabilities of the probe, enabling engineers to measure all components of a differential signal from a single connection.
