Overview
The Keysight N5449A high impedance adapter enables connection of AutoProbe I high-impedance probes to Infiniium oscilloscopes that require AutoProbe II interface. This adapter allows users to leverage existing AutoProbe I probes with modern high-performance Infiniium V-Series, 90000 X-Series, 90000 Q-Series, and Z-Series oscilloscopes.
