The Keysight N5444A InfiniiMax III SMA probe head provides 28 GHz bandwidth and enables differential measurements by connecting two 2.92 mm, 3.5 mm, or SMA cables to a single oscilloscope channel. It features configurable termination voltage for various signal standards that require termination to a voltage other than ground.
