Overview
The Keysight N2880A is an in-line attenuator kit designed to extend the dynamic range of InfiniiMax Series probe systems. The InfiniiMax probes natively offer limited dynamic range (5 Vpp for 113xA Series and 3.3 Vpp for 1168A/69A), which can be restrictive for measuring larger signals. The N2880A kit allows users to measure significantly larger signals with faster edges while maintaining the bandwidth and rise time characteristics of the probe system.
