The Keysight N2803A is an InfiniiMax III probe amplifier offering the highest bandwidth option at 30 GHz to the probe tip. This advanced probing system delivers exceptional bandwidth and incredibly low loading for maximum signal fidelity and accuracy in ultra high-speed measurement applications. The N2803A utilizes proprietary 200 GHz fT InP (indium phosphide) IC process with backside ground vias and novel thick film technology.
