Overview
The Keysight N2802A is an InfiniiMax III probe amplifier offering 25 GHz bandwidth to the probe tip. This probing system delivers the highest bandwidth and incredibly low loading to enable a new level of signal fidelity and accuracy for high-speed measurements. The N2802A utilizes a proprietary 200 GHz fT InP (indium phosphide) IC process with backside ground vias and novel thick film technology to meet demanding measurement requirements.
