The Keysight N2801A is a premium 20 GHz InfiniiMax III series probe amplifier designed for the highest-performance signal acquisition. It delivers full 20 GHz bandwidth directly to the probe tip while maintaining industry-leading noise performance. The amplifier uses advanced 200 GHz fT indium phosphide IC technology with backside ground vias for unmatched signal fidelity and accuracy.
