Keysight N2114A DDR4 BGA Interposer

Overview

The Keysight N2114A is a DDR4 BGA interposer designed to provide direct signal access to DDR4 DRAM packages for electrical and timing measurements using Infiniium oscilloscopes. The interposer is soldered between the DRAM and PC board or DIMM, allowing access to memory controller and DRAM signals at the top side for oscilloscope probing, enabling true JEDEC compliance testing at the DRAM ballout.

• Perimeter solder-down test points compatible with logic analyzer flying leads and oscilloscope solder-down probe tips
• Matched trace lengths from DDR4 balls to test points minimize measurement timing skews
• Probing compatibility with InfiniiMax probe heads: E2677A, N5381A, N5425A/N5426A
• S-parameter models available for de-embedding with InfiniiSim software
• Effective bandwidth extension possible with InfiniiSim Waveform Transformation software
