Overview
The Keysight MX0109A InfiniiMax III extreme temperature solder-in probe head provides up to 26 GHz of system bandwidth while supporting extended operating temperatures from -55°C to +150°C per JEDEC JESD22-A104 revision E. Designed for semipermanent solder-in connection, the MX0109A enables testing of electronic circuits and devices in environmental chambers and extreme temperature conditions.
