Overview

The Keysight MX0100A/002 is a compact, high-performance solder-in micro probe head designed for probing modern high-speed devices. Made from flex printed circuit, it is smaller than half the size of existing solder-in probe heads while maintaining excellent reusability. The probe head features solderable 4-mil diameter lead wires that can be adjusted to accommodate targets from 0 mm to 7 mm apart, making it ideal for accessing small geometry target devices. For extended temperature testing, the MX0100A supports extreme operating temperatures from -55°C to +150°C per JEDEC JESD22-A104 revision E.
