The Keysight D6000PWRB is a power supply software package for InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series oscilloscopes that enables automated characterization of power supplies. It provides comprehensive measurements across input, switching, output, and frequency response domains, along with hardware-based pass/fail mask testing and USB PD protocol analysis.
