The Keysight N9917B-010 Time Domain option adds frequency-to-time domain transformation capabilities to the FieldFox analyzer. This option computes the inverse Fourier transform of frequency-domain data to display reflection or transmission coefficients versus time, providing measurements similar to time domain reflectometry (TDR).
